Photographers, myself included, make their living by selling the images that they create.
A photographer owns the copyright of the image from the moment it is captured in all forms ... negatives, print, on-line and electronic files.
Copyright law makes it a federal crime to copy the image, in any form and in any way, without the photographer's permission.
